You've now seen our home page and want to know what to do next. Click on the SAMPLE COUNTRY and then click on SEARCH. You will find the page of the newspaper Vanguardia of Saltillo, Mexico. Click on "view more" and the page will be maximized. 

To order the directory click on PURCHASE. When you have filled in all the requested information and submitted your order, we will immediately send you an e-mail containing your user name and password. If you ever lose this information, contact us. We will keep it in file for you.


To Use the Directory

You can search for media in individual countries or all countries at once. After you have entered your user name and password and they've been accepted, go to the list of countries on the left-hand side of the page. If you wish to search in all countries, click on All Countries at the top of the list. You'll find a form that says All Countries. Type in the name of the media you want, and a search will be made of all the countries. If you want to go to an individual country, let's say Mexico, click there. You'll find a form and a box that says: Click here for a map and a description of the media scene. The description includes which media are the most important and have the largest circulation or audience, and which are serious or mass media

After you have entered your user name and password and they've been accepted, go to the list of countries on the left-hand side of the page and click the country you want to visit. Let's say you've clicked Mexico. You'll now find a form for searching and a box that says: NEWS MEDIA México. Click there and you'll find a map of Mexico and a description of the Mexican media, explaining which ones are the most important and which have the largest circulation or audience. 

If you want to have available all of the newspapers in Mexico, leave the Name of Media box blank, select Newspapers from the drop-down box, and click on SEARCH. All the daily newspapers in Mexico will be listed alphabetically. Click on "view more" to get the listing of any newspaper you want to see. You can do the same for radio or television. Just pull down on the category.

If you know the name of the newspaper, radio station or television station you're seeking, just type it in the space after: Name of Media. Then click SEARCH.

If you want to see the media in a given city, type the city name after: City. Or you can select only State/Province. Then click SEARCH.

If you know the name of an editor but not where he or she works, type the name in the space after: Editor/Director. Then click SEARCH.

If you're viewing a listing and want to send an e-mail to the media or a person, just click on the e-mail address and an e-mail message form will appear.

To send to all media in Latin America or just to all media in a given country, click on "Send mail to all media". Then go to the drop-down box and make your selection. Then click "Send mail now".
